EPHESIANS 4:11-15
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ
We believe the Body of Christ was meant for more than just attending a service once a week. We were meant to be ministers of the Gospel of Jesus and play an active part in discipling others to follow the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
There has never been a better time in history to recognize the value in equipping the saints for the work of ministry. None of us would have ever imagined that we would see every church in the world forced to shut their doors. While the family of God is resilient and we found ways to watch church on computers, phones, and other devices, we need to have a contingency plan for meeting face-to-face and building relationships.
In late 2018, the vision of creating a website that will facilitate small group discipleship was beginning to take form. By the end of 2019, we began building our first of 5 websites that will be used to connect the Body outside the brick and mortar walls. This is not a replacement of the current church structure, but a reinforcement, meant to multiply beyond the constraints of a building.
Every person in the Body of Christ has value and can play their part. There are no parts meant to do nothing. While some may be natural leaders, some compassionate servants, and some built to do the job nobody else wants, every part works together (I Corinthians 12:20-26).
The Holy Spirit lives in every one of us. He has the ability to use any of us to accomplish His will. For that reason, there are checks and balances created for the body to monitor actions on our websites, but NO CONTROL on how you use the tools we provide to you.
Are you an apostolic-type leader that could build multiple networks of house churches under one organizational umbrella?
Could you turn your home into the neighborhood “Food Bank” collector?
Could you organize prayer meetings or worship sessions?
Are you a connector, a trainer, an evangelistic person who can share this free tool with churches in your city?
Could you connect with all the house churches in your city and deliver food to shut ins that are identified in their neighborhoods?
With the Holy Spirit guiding you, there is no limit to what you can do. See our vision for simple EVANGELISM that absolutely anyone could do.
We also have a vision for reaching the poor and broken around the globe. While all our websites are free to use, we hope that you will donate to our various outreach projects. We have taken a No Ulterior Motives stance, so that personal gain won’t be a stumbling block to giving.
YOU are important right where you are and how God made you! YOU can affect your community and the world. Prayerfully consider how you can propagate this ministry in your area of influence!
